We offer our services on an as needed basis or as a part of a contract package. If you happen to live outside the Wintergreen area, our contract services will keep your home under a watchful caring eye while you are away. Our contracts typically include the contract services listed, but if you would like to include any hourly services in that rate we would be glad to cater to your specific needs. We offer the contract by the month, quarter, or year depending on your situation and what works best for you.

With a monthly, quarterly, or yearly agreement we can arrange to take care of your investment just the way you would like. Our quarters are set up according to seasonality. This schedule groups months by matching weather trends and helps us best benefit our client’s needs. See chart below:
