HVAC Screening
We will coordinate your plans and time frame with the A.R.B.
We will contact MISS utility of Virginia to have underground wires marked prior to digging.
- Option A: Evergreen Screen Three to five indigenous evergreen trees to provide natural screening.
- Option B: Lattice screen
Each home is different in design, which is why we custom plan each screen to the home to take into account:
- Access to the units
- Slope of terrain
- Extent of screening needed
QUALITY MATTERS…
- Sturdy lattice panels one inch thick (two ½ inch boards)
- Trim boards around lattice
- Top plate 2×4 above top trim
- Post caps on 4×4 posts
- Posts set in concrete bases
- Screws installed to conceal heads
Wood stain
To match existing decking color schemes & protect wood from weathering.
Paint
To match existing house / trim colors (Colors still need to be within ARB guidelines).
Panels on hinges provide access for future service…
