Contract Services | Hourly Services

• Freeze check
  During periods of below freezing temperatures you want to know that your pipes are in good shape. We will physically check your pipes and water flow to ensure you do not have any expensive complications. An ounce of prevention is worth a gallon in repairs.
• Water supply cut on/off
  As a property owner at Wintergreen, you are aware of the recommendation that you shut off the water supply and the hot water heater when your unit is unoccupied during the winter season. What you may not realize, is that the same recommendation is made for the spring, summer and fall. Taking this precautionary measure year round greatly reduces the potential for water damage to your unit, should a problem occur with the water lines. Our service agents will take the legwork out of this process. Let us know when you will be in the area, and the water can be ready upon your arrival. Once you leave, let us know and we will be there to cut the water off as well.
• Thermostat Monitoring
  During warmer seasons, we suggest you keep your air conditioner between 78 and 80 degrees to encourage proper air circulation. We will make sure that the temperature range is set appropriately. Furthermore, if you tell us when you plan to be back, we will arrange to have the thermostat set to your desired temperature range.
• * No Air Conditioning?
  We will make sure that your foundation vents are opened in order to keep air circulation. Foundation vents are essential in order to avoid costly moisture damage to your foundation or sub floors.
• Storm assessments
  You made a significant investment in your property. Needless to say that during stormy weather you will feel better about that investment if you know it is under a watchful eye. Our service agents will walk your property to ensure that any damage done to your property is brought to your attention and rectified in a prompt manner. This will also include a check of fencing, well houses, gazebos, or any freestanding structure you would like to check on.
• Point person for home access / Contact for deliveries
  Do you spend time living away from your property in Stoney Creek or Wintergreen? Chances are that you have appointments that involve entry into your home. Whether it is exterminators, cleaning services, or a large delivery we will be on site representing your interests. We will be able to grant access, see that everything goes smoothly, and to lock up after words.
• Water filter changes
  Tired of dealing with the changeover of your water filter? Wrestling that funny wrench, water spraying on you, we can help you get away from that recurring project. You tell us how often you change the filter and we will stick to your schedule.
• Preferred rate on hourly jobs
  As a valuable client, we feel as though you should feel like an insider when requesting our hourly services. . If you would just like one time services, we will bill you on a preferred rate schedule saving you approximately 20 percent off our hourly rate! If you would like to make any of those services part of your contract, of course, we could arrange to include whatever you like.

• Lawn maintenance
  Lets face it; did you come to the mountains to mow your lawn? You probably came to your property to enjoy life away from daily chores. You have enough to do; we will have your yard looking great in no time at all. Edges too!
• Gutter cleaning
  In order to allow proper drainage of rainwater, gutters should be cleaned twice per year. Once in spring to remove fallen spring buds, debris left after the winter season, and to prepare your property for April showers! And again in the fall, due to leaves falling from trees. Of course, we will ensure that your downspouts are clear of debris as well. Our team will make this happens on your time table.
• Indoor cleaning
  Need a hand inside your home? We can make magic happen anywhere on your property … including your living room! Give our experts a little time and we can have you in ship shape without any hassles.
• Limb removal
  Got downed trees or parts of one laying in your yard? Dead tree blocking your view or serving as an eyesore? Slice it, dice it, and haul it away! Regardless of the size, we will get it out of your way. We can even work with you to eliminate stumps left behind - without the use of a stumpgrinder!
• Lot clearing
  Looking to find a path through an over grown area of property? Looking to sell your lot and need to be able to walk it to show the true beauty? DONE! Our team will have you in that part of real estate with no sweat off your back.
• Firewood
  Hardwood, split, stacked, and aged. Just waiting on the kindling. (We’ve got that for you too if you like.)
• Power washing
  Decks, porches, houses, driveways, walkways, etc….just say the word.
• Raking / Leaf blowing
  My father showed me long ago that when you clear the leaves out of the way, your land is much more attractive; to you, and others. Let us bring that beauty out of your property as well. Maybe you just want it to be easier to get up and down the driveway. Whatever your concern, we’ll get it cleared up!
• Chimney Cleaning
  Our team will work with professional cleaners to have your chimney cleaned and leave your home in a safe condition for burning fires. If you are under contract with us we can have this arranged and oversee the work without your presence being required.
• Home Kennel
  Pets want to stay at home while you spend the weekend away? We can check on your pets, feed, water, and walk them and save you the cost of the kenneling. You know they prefer their home to a drab kennel any-day!
• Scheduling repairs/maintenance
  Looking for some assistance getting a service done to your home? We can help schedule, meet, oversee, and lock up without you ever needing to do anything more than talk to us!
