• Arrange for firewood delivery, snow removal, and home cleanings

• Management or completion of additional requested projects at 28.00 per hour

• Snow shoveled off entrance/ice treatment with salt, chipped where possible
• Arrange for firewood delivery, snow removal, or home cleanings
• Management or completion of additional requested projects at 28.00 per hour

Gutter Cleaning

While you don’t think about the gutters on your house all that often, when they are full you see there effects all around your home. We recommend cleaning your gutters in the fall and then again in the spring.

• Gutter cleaning, and clearing of downspouts (roof accessibility under 20ft in height)$90.00
• Gutter cleaning, and clearing of downspouts (roof over 20 feet in height)
  $90.00 plus $15 per ladder move

*Additional charge of $30 applied when dealing with gutter guards

Firewood Delivery

Firewood is a necessity here at Wintergreen; nothing goes with snow like a roaring fire. There are a number of different types of wood that burn well in an indoor fireplace; we use a mixture of native hardwoods. We know you can never predict cold weather, for that reason we take orders for firewood year round. Should you require customized firewood for your home, please know we can accommodate your needs.

Mulch Delivery

Spring is a great time to mulch around your home, before the natural wildlife begins to grow (mulch acts as a weed suppressant & ground cover). There are several different types of mulch. Hardwood mulch and Pine mulch are the most commonly requested. Hardwood mulch is darker in color, applies thicker, and decomposes slower. Pine mulch is lighter in color, applies thinner, and less expensive. When it comes to mulch the application is as important as the type of mulch you apply.

Home Sale Package

In this down market we would love to help put your listed home in the best light. Wintergreen being a resort market, most showings and open houses will occur during weekends and Holidays. We are happy to customize this package to service you better.

• Look in on the home every Friday afternoon
• Clear all debris from drive, sidewalks, and decks
• Clear snow and ice from walkways and entrances during winter months
• Look in on the home every Monday lock all doors, close all blinds and turn off all forgotten lights
• Facilitate meeting with and handling keys for service providers
• When home is under contract, following a home inspection, Jackson Mountain Management will help schedule all repairs. In the event Jackson Mountain Management performs the repairs, you will be a charged at a discounted rate of $28 an hour.
